Welcome to languageinstructor.online. By purchasing, booking, accessing, or participating in any language classes, coaching sessions, or related services provided by Francisco Lopez (“Instructor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Student,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Description of Services
languageinstructor.online provides educational language-learning services, including but not limited to:
- Private one-on-one language lessons in English, Spanish, and French (basic level).
- Customized language coaching and training for business teams and organizations.
- Online educational materials, lesson summaries, exercises, and related learning resources.
Services are provided for educational purposes only and do not guarantee any specific language proficiency level, certification, examination result, employment outcome, or other measurable result.
2. Class Modality
Private lessons are conducted online through approved video conferencing platforms.
Business and corporate training sessions may be conducted online or onsite, subject to prior agreement between languageinstructor.online and the client organization.
languageinstructor.online reserves the right to use alternative communication or conferencing platforms when reasonably necessary to provide scheduled services.
3. Student Rules & Policies
Scheduling procedures, attendance requirements, cancellations, rescheduling rules, no-show policies, lesson package validity, referral programs, technical requirements, classroom conduct standards, recording practices, and other operational matters are governed by the Student Rules & Policies.
The Student Rules & Policies form an integral part of these Terms of Service and are incorporated herein by reference.
By purchasing or participating in services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the Student Rules & Policies.
4. Payments
Payment for services must be made using the approved payment methods made available through languageinstructor.online.
All fees, prices, and package structures are subject to change at any time. Any changes will not affect services that have already been purchased unless otherwise stated.
Failure to make payment by the applicable due date may result in suspension or cancellation of scheduled services until the outstanding balance is resolved.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy contained within the Student Rules & Policies.
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
6. Privacy, Recordings, and AI-Assisted Services
To improve educational quality, lessons may be recorded, stored temporarily, analyzed, and processed using approved technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, as described in the Student Rules & Policies.
By participating in lessons, you expressly acknowledge and consent to such recording and processing for educational, administrative, quality assurance, and lesson-summary purposes.
languageinstructor.online may collect and store information reasonably necessary to provide services, including contact information, scheduling information, billing records, lesson notes, and educational progress data.
Student information will be treated confidentially and will not be sold to third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, worksheets, exercises, presentations, recordings, summaries, digital content, and educational resources provided by languageinstructor.online remain the exclusive intellectual property of languageinstructor.online unless otherwise stated.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share, modify, or commercially exploit such materials without prior written permission.
8. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout all interactions.
languageinstructor.online reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without refund, in cases involving harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive behavior, unlawful conduct, or any activity that creates an unsafe, hostile, or disruptive learning environment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, languageinstructor.online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of its services.
Any liability arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Student for the affected lesson package or service.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regional internet outages, power failures, governmental actions, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
11. Modifications to Services and Policies
languageinstructor.online reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue services, pricing, policies, or these Terms of Service at any time.
Students will be notified of any material changes before such changes take effect.
Continued use of the services after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of El Salvador, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of another applicable jurisdiction require otherwise.
