I’m Francisco López, and LanguageInstructor.online is my personal initiative and professional project. My mission is to provide high-quality Spanish instruction for foreigners who plan to live, work, or conduct business in El Salvador. About the Role
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to support international learners while earning supplemental income. I have designed a structured teaching model where you will have access to ready-made lessons, modern digital tools, and continuous guidance.

Essential Requirements
To maintain the professional quality I uphold in my project, applicants must have:
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong communication and dynamic teaching skills
• A stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps upload)
• Personal equipment: laptop, desktop, or tablet
• A high-quality webcam: at least HD (Full HD strongly preferred)
• A professional, distraction-free workspace

What is the commitment for this role?
You will begin with one student and may teach up to four students depending on your availability. Each class is typically 1 hour, and scheduling is flexible based on your and your student’s availability.
How soon can I start teaching?
Once your interview is complete and you finish the brief training, you can begin teaching as soon as a student is assigned to you—typically within a few days.
Are the lesson plans already created?
Yes. All class content is fully prepared by me. You will not need to design lessons—your focus is on delivering them effectively and ensuring a great learning experience for the student.
What equipment do I need to teach?
You will need a laptop, desktop with Windows 10 ir 11, MacOS or Linux (preferably Mint) tablet (Android or iOS); a stable high-speed internet connection (at least 20 Mbps upload); and an HD or Full HD webcam. A clean, professional workspace with minimal distractions is also required.
How and when is payment sent?
You will be paid $8.75 per teaching hour, and you may choose to receive payment in USD or Bitcoin (BTC). Payments are issued on a scheduled basis, which we will discuss during your onboarding.
Is this a full-time job or part-time job?
This role is designed as a side job or complementary source of income, not a full-time position. You start with one student and may teach up to four depending on your availability. The schedule remains flexible and manageable alongside other personal or professional commitments.
